Student-Faculty Astronomy Research
Allison Smith ('08) and Laura Handzel ('08) are working on observational projects as part of their senior seminar with Chris De Pree. Allison is working on 2 cm Very Large Array observations of the K3-50A star forming region, and Laura is working on microvariability blazar data from the SARA 0.9 m optical telescope at Kitt Peak.

Crystal Keddie-Hill ('08) is working on neutral hydrogen (HI) data from the Very Large Array and the GMRT, a continuation of her summer work with Eric Wilcots (U. Wisconsin).

The William A Calder Equinox Concert Series
Each academic year, the Bradley Observatory hosts two Equinox Concerts featuring College musicians performing music at the times of the autumnal and vernal equinoxes. Concerts are free.

The spring equinox concert will take place on Friday, March 14 2008 at 8 PM.

The Beck Telescope
Visitors can tour the telescope at Open House events.
